About the retreat

Join us for an immersive and gentle introduction to living in mindful awareness. Through self-inquiry and reflective workshops, discover the benefits of ‘being present’.
Through guided activities, yoga and meditation, discover the benefits of ‘being present’ and give yourself permission to ‘just be’.
Reconnect with your inner self and the world around you in this relaxing, compassionate, rejuvenating and reflective retreat. Gain techniques and tools to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, stress and indecision, and cultivate a more peaceful and loving approach to life.
A typical day will include a restorative morning yoga session (suitable for all levels), a mindful workshop and an evening sound healing meditation.
We’ve designed the workshops to transform your life through exploration of empowering tools you can easily take away and use at home. Through mindful, conscious and focused activities, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed.
Workshops with retreat host, healer and facilitator Naomi Rowan will include:

When you arrive, we’ll present you with a beautiful booklet to guide your journey, not only during the retreat, but for when you transition back into your life.
During this retreat, you'll enjoy a variety of meditations - some as longer and individual sessions, others at appropriate moments in a workshop to truly feel into the topic being addressed
Meditations will include:
*Sound Bowl meditation journey
*Walking labyrinth meditation
Each day you’ll practise the art of conscious rest with a gentle and deeply restorative yoga class, focused on bringing awareness and harmony to the body-mind connection.
Guided by Victoria Nhan, this morning activity will anchor you into your breath, setting a gentle, self-compassionate tone for the day.
All sessions will take place in our stunning open-air yoga sala.
With private ensuite accommodation in our eco-friendly retreat centre, you are promised a week of relaxation, self-exploration, mindful awareness and reconnection with yourself in the present moment.
All your meals and soft drinks are included. We offer nutritious and delicious, farm-to-table vegetarian food with minimal processing and optimal flavour.
Just let us know of any dietary requirements in advance so we can adapt the menu accordingly.

Any additional costs will require cash payment at the villa upon departure.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel the retreat for any reason, a full refund of payments made to us will be refunded (this does not include any additional expenses incurred for flights, travel or additional accommodation).
