Retreat Venue turns temporary Commune
A safe, nurturing community in a time of challenge
Our mission at Gratitude Vietnam has always been to provide a safe, nurturing environment that feels like a home-from-home.
Whilst the visa and virus situation continues, we will be turning Gratitude into a commune - a space for like-minded individuals to come together in community.
The villa has a pool, yoga sala, wellness library (with comfortable sofas), games room, meditation space, meditation labyrinth, laundry and kitchen facilities - all freely available for use throughout your stay.
We have 2 private ensuite rooms available:
Unity, and Serenity - each 8,500,000 per month (one or two people, one twin options available)
The triple room (Harmony) has one bed left available (mixed gender) at 2,500,000 per person, per month and has two bathrooms.
Our vision is to create a family of choice through this challenging period of time. We anticipate the community supporting each other with the possibility of communal cooking, skill-swaps, fun, love and emotional support.
We are a sustainable venue and would ask that anyone joining us respect our policy on single-use plastic wherever possible.
If you are interested in joining us, please send us a message and we would love to arrange a time to meet in person for a cuppa and chat (we are Brits after all!). You can see the facilities, and find out a little more about us and Gratitude Vietnam.

In line with government recommendations and also for the wellbeing of the community, please note that:
*We will ask for travel moments for the last 15 days and proof of flights - if you arrived in on a flagged flight, we will not be able to offer you accommodation until you have a clear test-result. (You are of course very welcome after this time!)
*We will take temperatures of everyone upon entry - anyone with a high temperature or displaying symptoms, again, are unfortunately not able to join us until a medical assessment has taken place and a clear test-result gained. If you are already experiencing symptoms of the virus — fever, cough and difficulty breathing — please immediately call Vietnam’s health hotline: 19003228 and reach out to us if you need support.
*Everyone will be required to fill out the online health declaration form, or show a completed QR code (simply download the Vietnam Health Declaration app - available on Android and Apple phones.)
*Please respect the Vietnam's Ministry of Health mandate for Vietnamese and foreigners in the country to wear face masks on flights, in airport terminals, and in crowded public places such as supermarkets, bus stations, and public transport vehicles. N.B. This is not a compulsory measure in the villa, but down to individual discretion and what makes you feel safest.
Whilst here, we also have hand sanitiser, a limited supply of face masks and will establish (as a community) a clear set of guidelines for all to abide by.
Obviously this is a situation where everyone will need to take responsibility for their own hygiene and have total respect for the community wellbeing. We can also, by the same token (and as everywhere else!), not provide any guarantees as symptoms do not necessarily show straight away.
We will of course do everything we can to maintain a responsible and respectful living environment for the safety and wellbeing of all.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Here, if you need us
As retreat hosts, we offer a nurturing and supportive presence and would like to extend this to anyone staying with us during this difficult time. We will remain unintrusive and respectful of your boundaries, but be on hand should you need a chat.
