Every workshop with Naomi includes a short meditation, guided self-reflective activity and discussion. Tune into your being and leave with greater gratitude, joy, self-love, self-compassion and clarity. Take away easy to implement tools for instant integration into daily life.
Accredited Usui Reiki Training is also available should you wish to begin or deepen your practice of this gentle energetic healing modality.
Payment and Cancellation

Massages and workshops can be booked up to 24 hours in advance, with payment made at the time of booking.

All payments are non-refundable, though if you have to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to reschedule your workshop, massage or 1:1.
