Gratitude Vietnam is turning a page and entering a new chapter...
The retreat in Hoi An may have closed its doors, but its heart has travelled through a few storms, a lot of lessons, and more gratitude than I could have imagined... all the way to Costa Rica.
If you’d like to peek behind the curtain of what’s been happening since those final days in Vietnam and join us on the next steps of the journey...

About Rebecca - Fever for more Yoga

Quiet Body. Quiet Mind. Blissful Spirit.
Yoga Nidra offers us tools for stress relieve, deep relaxation and a calm mind, guiding us on an inward journey with full consciousness. It can be practised as an attainable form of meditation, cultivating awareness and allowing us to reach the most profound level of relaxation possible. Nidra means sleep, meaning the yogic sleep originating in ancient tantric yoga tradition. The ancient practise of Yoga Nidra equals the stage of Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) following Patanjali’s eightfold path of Ashtanga Yoga. Yoga Nidra can be highly transformational as it works with our inner subconscious world of emotions, conscious awareness and our body sensations all at the same time.
Rebecca offers Slow Flow Yoga classes and Yoga Nidra Classes at Gratitude Vietnam.
