About Rebecca - Pranic Yoga Therapy
Rebecca is a Teacher and Therapist of Yoga and Dance. She believes that these practices have the ability to ignite the soul, and heal the body and mind.
Rebecca has been a practitioner of Yoga since 1997 and a Teacher since 2011. Through her many years of practice and teaching she has seen that one of the greatest benefits of Yoga is equanimity. When we develop a calm and balanced mind, we live happier, healthier lives.
Rebecca offers Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Therapy and Dance Therapy sessions. As a teacher and therapist, Rebecca values the qualities of patience, understanding, consideration and knowledge.
Rebecca truly believes that through practices such as Yoga and Dance, which develop mindfulness, we begin to connect from our hearts, creating deeper and more loving bonds with one another and our Mother Earth.
