This week has been one of joy and delight! Having met Rj Noble several times in Hong Kong at the Shakti Healing Circle for both group meditations and a one-to-one sound healing, I was privileged to complete a ‘bowl mastery’ and sound healing course with him in Doi Saket near Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Everything in the universe is constantly vibrating. The smallest particles studied by Quantum Physics such as photons and quarks that make up every solid, liquid and gas on the planet are vibrating. As such, we are also constantly vibrating, and with each organ (and person!) having a different make-up and structure, it/we vibrates at a different frequency. Just as we can have an emotional response to music, the cells in our bodies respond to the vibrations of the world around us.
The Tibetan Singing Bowls provide a powerful healing modality that, like TRE, works through using vibration to release cellular memory. It it not only our minds that hold memory, but recent research has also found that the body stores memory in the fascia, muscles and in the very cells of our beings. (To find out more, read The Body Keeps the Score – Bessel van der Kolk).
Rj is a certified Spiritual and Psychic Healer, Reiki Master, Advanced Energy Psychology Consultant, Acupressure and Massage Specialist, and Reflexologist, as well as a practitioner of Emotional Cellular Release Body Work and Tibetan Sound Bowl Specialist. Learning from Rj was a delight – his teaching was precise and heart-centred, whilst his feedback throughout was both encouraging and exacting.
We are delighted that he is looking forward to leading similar workshops and training at our retreat when it opens, and cannot wait to welcome him to Vietnam!
Rj also came with me into Chiang Mai to help choose a set of healing bowls for our retreat. We will now be able to offer sound bath meditations, sound healing and a set of stunning bowls for any retreat leader wishing to use them!
The week was made even more beautiful by the wonderful family hosting Tiddin Resort. Gan, her husband and four delightful girls made me a welcomed part of the family during my short stay. With delicious home-cooked food every evening (some of the best I have had in Thailand!), an invite to the Children’s Day Festival, and evenings spent in laughter, hilarity, dancing and pure joy, I would highly recommend Tiddin Resort – the hospitality more than made up for the cold shower!
We have a lot of exciting news to share with you over the coming month and look forward to doing so! For now, we wish you a wonderful week!
With gratitude and love,
