Standing Asanas; They improve posture, balance and muscular coordination, and have a stretching and strengthening effect on the back, shoulders and leg muscles.
In this special 2 hour workshop we will be focusing on Standing Asanas, how to execute them with correct alignment, counterposes, contraindications and benefits.
These workshops on ¨Develop your Home Practice¨ are developed to give you the correct information and applied practice so you can leave with the knowledge of how to continue your Yoga practice on your own, for when you are not able to attend classes with a certified teacher.
This workshop is the second in a series of 8 workshops on “Develop your home practice”.
