Dance Inspiracy - Cacao Ceremony and Five Elements Dance

We use cacao (chocolate) as a sacred medicine, an energizing spark, helping us to let go of ourselves and dance our emotions.  All this is held within a welcoming, safe environment.  We will practise sharing, listening, feeling deeply and being even more of our true and natural selves.

We offer a space for participants to dance and express.  It's a movement meditation session using cacao as a medicine in a ceremonial context.

We use carefully selected music, designed to help dancers explore the different energies of the 5 Elements.  These elements, of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit, may be felt within us, and connecting with them can help us connect with all aspects of our world and ourselves.

Expect chocolate drinking, emotional-releasing, and lots of fun.  The ceremony usually lasts between two and a half and three hours.  After the dance we will be there, to hold space for those who need it.
