We’re delighted to share with you the second of our upcoming retreats: a mindful mini-break designed to provide a weekend of stillness and peace in the midst of daily-stresses.

Press pause on your busy life, step out of ‘auto-pilot’ and join us for an immersive and gentle weekend of living in mindful awareness. Through self-inquiry, guided activities, yoga and meditation, discover the benefits of ‘being present’ and give yourself permission to ‘just be’.


Each day will start with mindful movement, focused on bringing awareness and harmony to the body-mind connection. Guided by Victoria Nhan, this morning activity will anchor you into your breath, setting a gentle, self-compassionate tone for the day.

Experienced registered yoga and mindfulness teacher, trainer and Reiki practitioner, Victoria Nhan.

Following a delicious breakfast, experience a guided workshop followed by time for self-reflection. This will allow you to evaluate steps you can realistically integrate immediately into your busy life, to increase gratitude, joy and awareness in every day.

After another flavoursome meal, join the retreat group for a supportive discussion to share intentions set from the morning, and how you anticipate these will impact on your life moving forwards. Spend the afternoon in quiet contemplation with optional, independent activities to complete should you wish.



Dinner will be served on the sunset balcony and followed by an evening meditation. On the Saturday evening, noble silence will be observed from the end of the meditation until the start of breakfast the following morning.


Workshops and evening meditations will be led by retreat host, reiki master and sound bowl practitioner, Naomi Rowan.

Nutritious and Delicious Food:


We seek to offer nutritious and delicious, farm-to-table food with minimal processing and optimal flavour! All food will be reenergised with healing reiki energy.

All meals and soft drinks are included. We will ask for any dietary requirements in advance so that we are able to tailor the food to those attending. This will be a vegetarian retreat.

Flowers, fruit, iced-tea… beauty in every detail!

Cancellation Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Any additional costs will require cash payment at the villa upon departure.

  • In the unlikely event we have to cancel the retreat for any reason, a full refund of payments made to us will be refunded (this does not include any additional expenses incurred for flights, travel or additional accommodation).
