Take time out and enjoy a mini-break tailored to your needs.

Step back in time onto Cam Nam island, away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An old town to enjoy daily morning yoga and evening meditation in a style tailored to the intentions and preferences of the group.  Spend your days exploring or simply relaxing in the pool, reading in the garden, or walking the meditation labyrinth.

Build your own retreat by adding workshops or extra 1:1 sessions with our wonderful practitioners (subject to availability).

The 2-Night Retreat Includes:

  • 2 nights’ accommodation, breakfast and dinner

  • 2 morning yoga classes, 2 evening meditations

  • Pool / use of communal facilities

  • Use of bikes throughout your stay

  • Use of yoga mats, bolsters and props

  • Check in from 2pm on on day of arrival / Check out until 11am on day of departure

  • 4 nights’ accommodation, breakfast and dinner

  • 4 morning yoga classes, 4 evening meditations

  • 1 x 1:1 singing bowl, Reiki healing session or Guided Imagery and Music journey with Naomi Rowan

Yoga and Meditation Options

 

Yoga:  We are able to offer a wide variety of choice for morning yoga or Qi Gong sessions, tailored to the needs of the group.  Relax with Yin, Restorative or Gentle Yoga, or energise with Hatha or Vinyasa - let us know your preference and we will confirm availability before booking.

Meditation: Meditations vary and are selected to reflect the needs and intentions of the group!
