Manifesting is a powerful tool to bring positive change into your life.  It is more than dreaming or wishing!  Through a series of short manifestation meditations, we’ll identify one intention and visualise it in multicolour - you will be invited to see, hear, taste, smell and feel the details of this intention in the present moment!  Take time out to explore the law of attraction through a brief exploration of limiting beliefs and self-imposed arbitrary rules, and ways in which you can immediately make space for more joy, positivity, self-compassion and love.  

Through experiencing the ‘feeling’ of your manifested life and taking time to meditate on opportunities as they arise, you will more easily be able to tune into available options and follow your intuition when taking action.
