Hatha Yoga is the practcie of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Mantras. This is traditionally known to be the "Yoga of Force", Hatha literally translates as "force". Through the practice of Hatha Yoga, one can develop a strong and supple body, a calm, balanced mind, and a healthier, happier life.
